The Workplace and You: Customer Service from the Inside Out

This program is designed to make a positive influence on the worker so he or she may understand that their presence is very important to the productivity of the workplace.

It helps them understand that stress outside the job not only affects their attitude, but their work.


By the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
– Identify life’s crises and how they affect our everyday life.
– Describe stress and the adverse effects it can have on yourself, your co-w0rkers and your customers.
– Describe how your presence and your countenance affects others.
– Examine personal strengths and areas for improvement.
– Transform negative reactions to positive resolutions.
– Discover new ways to positively impact your workplace, your co-workers and your customers.
